"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"Bookings were worthwhile for the price, considering an amazing course of meal for dinner and breakfast each day. Staff members are all kind and polite. Clean onsen baths with showers. Everything you need is provided, including tooth brushes, hair brushes, razors, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser. Free drinks (coffee, wine, sake) and shaved ice (summer) at the lobby, too. How comfortable to sleep on a futon mattress! The facility is located in the central part of the town, walkable."
