Great location!

It's a great location on West Lake with clean furniture and a nice deck area. My kids loved fishing the lake in the mornings and evenings when we weren't at the beach.

Very well equipped and comfortable but recognize limited pools and tram service after Labor Day

Had an excellent stay after getting over the initial disappointment that the site does not clearly explain that most of the resort pools and tram service are closed or limited starting day after Labor Day. But the beach and resort were quieter than earlier in dummer so a wonderful time to come. The townhouse was fully equipped with kitchen and other needed supplies. Vacasa left us only single sheet sets though we had a double bed in main room. When contacted about this they were responsive and delivered one set of double sheets. The place has a nice view of the lake and is feels peaceful to just sit on the porch. Tree near front of porch needs some attention since it slightly mars the view. Would stay here again

Nice Place but Needs a good deep cleaning

I loved the layout for our family of five. The home was well equipped and in a fabulous location for fun. The upholstery was very stained. We didn’t use any dining room cushions, living room pillows and I cringed to step on the kitchen mat. For the cleaning fee we had to pay I was disappointed in all the areas that were NOT cleaned well. (I understand this is a Sea Colony issue not an issue about the home owner)

Very clean and quaint

If you're looking for a nice quiet condo to stay in for your trip to Bethany Beach, and don't mind a bit of a walk to the sand, this place is quite cute! A little small for a big family, but if you only have a few people, this place should suit you perfectly! Overlooks a water feature and very very nice.

Awesome community!

We love Sea Colony, it has everything you could want. Such a great vibe! My son loves the heated pools, and the pool next to the beach was super cool! The place is beautiful, fully stocked kitchen needs. View from balcony is pectacular and peaceful. Only minor suggestion I would make to travelers, is to bring along an extension chord or two, as the outlets were a bit oddly placed. Overall excellent! Will absolutely be back!
