Sunday River Vacation Chalet with Fireplace and Game Room

The Brook Chalet is a fantastic 4 bedroom vacation home that has all of the amenities of home!

The property is located on 2.5 acres of private wooded land. Two mountain brooks with waterfalls surround the property and are a great place to explore. You can hike, snow-shoe or X-country ski right from the backyard!

The open concept kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island bar.
The living room has a stone fireplace and flat screen HDTV, wireless internet and DVD player for your entertainment.
The dining room has beautiful views out the panoramic sliding glass doors. The extendible table has seating for 10.
The recreation room is downstairs with another flat screen HDTV, foosball and XBOX. The perfect place to retreat after skiing.
The enormous wrap-around deck has a gas grill and picnic table to enjoy a home-cooked meal and the mountain views.
The home has a washer/dryer and dishwasher for your convenience.

The home has sleeping for 10 including
-Four bedrooms (3 queen and 2 sets of bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa)
-Master Bedroom with bath
-additional sleeping with queen sleeper sofa

The owners have been hosting vacationers since 2005

This home was beautiful, and perfectly located between the wedding venue and Mount Washington, which we climbed. Lots of room, very clean, homely and inviting. Great ski weekend home base
Overall a wonderful stay! The location was very clean and well maintained. A perfect amount of space for the group and did not feel overcrowded. We didn’t even use the game room downstairs as there was plenty of room upstairs. Could use more basic kitchen cooking essentials, but thanks to other reviews we knew to bring our own spices, etc. Check in process was easy and communication with the host was timely.

It was a nice place to stay while mountain biking in the area. Plenty of room nice kitchen. The deck was a great place to be in the evenings and for morning coffee.
