I stayed at the Bethesdan for a wedding this past weekend. The hotel is clean and comfortable and well- situated- we could walk to Bethesda Row where there are lots of shops and places to eat in about ten minutes (and there were options along the way). The staff was very helpful and nice as well. Any question or request, they would respond quickly and were very patient. The parking is a great benefit for guests but it is tight- you definitely have to drive slowly and maneuver to make your way around the turns. I also had three great nights of sleep- the blackout shades really do their job and I came back to NY rejuvenated- a plus! The only downside was the buffet breakfast. It is exactly like what you would get at a Hampton Inn, except you pay $18 for it. It would have been a nice free breakfast but not worth $18. Plus, the fruit in the parfait was moldy so I just left that- I forgot to point it out to someone so that is my fault because they could have then removed it from the options. Overall though, I would stay here again.
