"We booked a week to get together with family- 3 generations, 8 adults and 7 kids from 1-12 years old. Everyone had a fantastic time. There was plenty of comfortable indoor space for all, but the yard and pool was definitely a highlight. We spent most of the week at beaches (close by, but limited parking) or playing in the pool. The neighborhood was also great for the younger kids to ride their bikes. The landscaping is gorgeous and the house is well cared for. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had what we needed. "

"The property is novel in that it includes a gym area, an arcade, and a theater room. The youngsters in our group especially enjoyed the theater! The kitchen provided all the utensils, dish ware and pots and pans that one could need. The outside yard was spacious, and we set up a volleyball net (our own) which was fun. I would recommend this rental to anyone!"

"Very well groomed, pretty grounds. We had an excellent view from our screened in porch over a courtyard with large trees & tons of birds. Not crowded since privately owned condos. Will go again if possible. "
