This was a perfect place for family vacation and close to so much, kitchen had extra to make stay easy. Lots of towels and stuff.

Good house for a large group. Was spacious and the two living rooms and open floor plan with kitchen and dining was great. Parking was plentiful. House was generally clean. Had a significant amount of carpet deodorizer used before our stay in the entry way so that was a significant smell (some in our party are sensitive to the chemical smell).

The pictures are very deceiving of this property. A home with 5 bedrooms - needs 5 sleep-able beds. What they have are memory foam thrown on the floor with bedding on them. The master was great! The other bedding in the remaining rooms was awful! The space was also pretty dirty.

IOWA STATE TRIP

We had a great time and stayed in this home for our group of 6 with one couple. There were great sleeping arrangements and was the perfect location to our tournament destination in Davenport :) The owners responded to any and all inquiries quickly and appropriately:)

Overall a good property, we had a fun time here on a golf trip. Everything was clean and comfy! House has lots of stairs but we didnt mind that. We would definitely come back.

Spacious and well-appointed accommodations

My husband and I and three adult family members visited for Thanksgiving and hosted dinner for 7. The kitchen was well-appointed and there was plenty of room for cooking. watching football, jigsaw puzzles and card games. The bedrooms (and beds) were comfortable. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

4 guys, perfect setup! Close to casino and bars. Grilled out. Plenty of TVs and plenty of room!! Highly recommend. Property manager was fantastic with communication through text

Big and Tall

Get your walking shoes ready, the house is basically 4 stories tall, which is cool, but I imagine an issue for some. It was way too much house for our group of four, but again, totally cool. We didn't spend any time in the game room. The main part of the house is big and open. The kitchen was great, as was the dining and more formal living room. I wish the sunroom had more furniture to hang out in. It would make for a great morning coffee. All the bedrooms are fine, nothing special, but clean. As noted the one room is somewhat open, but more private than a lot of people say. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lots of space in a nice house

We were a family group with 5 adults and 3 kids- the game room was a godsend! There are many sets of stairs so not good for anyone who can’t handle that. The location is central to Bettendorf, Pleasant Valley and East Davenport. The primary bedroom is a loft so not totally quiet or private. The living room and kitchen area are nice. We were in the QC for a family reunion (drove in from Cincy) and house is very close to I-74 on hill overlooking the Mississippi, so easy to get to. There is a large laundry room and lots of home essentials. Our rental agent and maintenance contact were very responsive. Outside areas were not particularly well maintained so we did not go out much. We were here for the 4th of July and could walk two blocks down to Grant Street to watch the Bettendorf parade. All in all a fun trip getting to see family and old haunts!

Wouldn't stay there again

The property was clean, but we had some issues. Air mattresses deflated first night. Master bedroom does not have privacy - it is open to the main hallway so the hall light shines brightly into the MBR when used. 2 bedrooms were not cool despite open vents and the AC turned way down; MBR had to have window AC on full blast all night to stay comfy, which was not easy to sleep with and I woke first morning to a large black bug crawling on my arm. Bedrooms all require 2-3 flights of steps to get to them, which was a lot of steps. At a cheaper price, I wouldn't be as unhappy, but felt like we paid for nicer accomodations than we got.
