In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, 8km from the pretty port of Honfleur, let yourself be charmed by this 17th wine press, fully restored and respecting heritage.
Exposed beams, fireplace, Jouy canvas, old floor tiles .... but also combining modern comfort (new kitchen), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 'ceramic hobs' ...

This cozy 120m² space will welcome you as a couple or a family to discover the charm of the Norman hedged farmland and its other secrets (proximity to hiking GR).

This house with 4 main rooms that can accommodate up to 6/8 people maximum and includes:

2 bedrooms an open-space, 40m² dining room, with independent kitchen fireplace, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom. Enclosed garden of 5000m².

A wonderful experience

My family and I truly enjoyed this one of a kind residence. The grounds were impeccable, the house is small, but has a lovely living room/dining area where we could all relax and enjoy our time together. The beds are comfortable with plenty of linens, the pillows were dreamy. Communication w the hostess was easy and timely. There is an issue w the mapping software, but the hostess gives clear directions and use of Google maps is adviced.

Propriété de caractère avec un parc magnifique. Quelques petites choses à améliorer...Pas de toilettes au 1er étage, et isolation peut-être à envisager.Mais superbe cheminée qui fonctionne à merveille!Adresse à revenir ! De plus la propriétaire est charmante et disponible .

On a adoré!!!

Nous avons passé un week-end du 8 mai parfait.Arrivés à Beuzeville le 8 mai donc, ou il y avait la fête et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Lorsque l'on a découvert la maison, c'était magnifique, l'ouverture du portail et cette belle demeure qui nous tendait les bras pour 4 jours de repos. Nous avons profitez du jardin et de cette belle maison agréable où on se sent bien.Le lendemain nous avons visitez Honfleur qui est une ville très agréable. Nous sommes retourné le samedi pour profiter du marché. Mme Maillé est une personne charmante qui a su nous accueillir et s'occuper de nous avec beaucoup de respect pour notre confort.Merci encore de votre confiance.Les enfants me demandent quand nous pourront retourner à Beuzeville... aller savoir?

Bonne pause de fin d'hiver en Normandie (Beuzeville).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec notre chien (Golden Retriever). La propriété est bien située pour visiter la région. Charmante maison normande bien équipée. Nous étions essentiellement en balade la journée et dans la maison le soir avec un feu de cheminée en respectant les bonnes consignes d'usage (nous avons aussi une cheminée ds notre maison). Les commerces dans Beuzeville sont bons et l'office du Tourisme très bien. Du passage à certaines heures surtout en semaine sur la route qui longe la propriété. Enfin, la propriétaire est disponible pour toutes questions ou besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Very charming house

Despite the fact that the house go back to the former century it is very well maintained it has a lot of charme with a huge garden and beautifull trees. Inside the house everything is present ..just buy your fresh food and you are set . Also the location is perfect , directly near a cosy village with fresh bakeries and bouchers, only less then 20 min driving from Honfleur and Deauville.

Une maison agréable pour prendre l'air et des vacances

Je suis venue avec 6 amis pour passer un long week-end et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le grand jardin etait parfait pour prendre un peu de vitamine D et manger dehors et la maison conviviale pour les moments de partage. Nous etions proches de Honfleur et de tout ce dont nous avions besoin (supermarché, boulangerie, etc.). Geneviève était très gentille, réactive et accommodante.

Het viel tegen.

Het huis is best ruim en de tuin enorm groot. De omgeving is prachtig. Bij binnenkomst rook het huis muf. De bedden waren hard maar wel fris opgemaakt. Het viel ons tegen dat het huis stoffig was en het meubilair heel oud. Bank en fauteuil waren gescheurd. Er lagen kleden overheen. Het servies was een verzameling van doffe glazen en bekers met stukjes eraf. Laatjes in de keuken en de woonkamer vol en rommelig. Een pan die lek is enz enz. We kregen 1 handoek per persoon voor 6 dagen. Als dit vervangen/ verbeterd zou worden zou het eenvoudig zo veel aangenamer kunnen zijn! Maar ik lees al oudere reviews met dezelfde info helaas.

Rustikal

Der eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für Hunde und bei schönem Wetter für alle ein toller Aufenthaltsort, bis auf den Verkehrslärm. An das Haus mussten wir uns allerdings erst gewöhnen. Als wir ankamen wurden wir von einem sehr starken Geruch von Ruß und Rauch begrüßt. Nachdem wir alle Türen und Fenster eine Weile geöffnet hatten, wurde es besser. Das Sofa und die Sessel sollten wirklich mal ausgetauscht werden. Sie sind schon sehr alt und trotz Überwurf nicht mehr schön. Aber wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Küche und Ausstattung sind alt, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist relativ neu und entsprechend gut. Mit der Elektrik sollte man vorsichtig sein: im Bad kann man am Lichtschalter einen Schlag bekommen und der Lichtschalter für die Treppe hängt lose an der Wand. Trotz alledem haben wir uns eingewöhnt und wohl gefühlt.

Entspannter Urlaub in historischem Ambiente

Ein sehr schönes historisches Haus auf einem großen parkähnlichen Grundstück. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Lage an einer Ausfallstraße von Beuzeville. Am nervigsten waren die laut aufdrehenden Motorräder. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Nice house in a cosy setting. Well located. Charming local market in Beuzeville on tuesdays. Not so clean, in need of extra vacuum and wet cleaning. Certainly for a crawling baby.

Charming character house just outside Beauzeville which has restaurants, a patisserie, 2 supermarkets and other useful shops. The property is only 10 minutes drive to Honfleur which is a must!. The garden was vast and well maintained. Great fireplace. Only negative - lack of wardrobes to hang clothes.
