「1. 第二天开始就没打扫了
2. Valet parking特别特别慢，强制收65美元一天，还不如自己停车。特别慢的同事还要收小费。
3. 周边环境并不安全。
4. 设施吵闹
5. 老楼装修的，没有任何其他配套设施，就是一栋楼。」

「All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.」

「We had an excellent 1 night stay -- my 5 stars is for the type of hotel it is (i.e. obviously not a fancy resort, but a relatively inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Beverly Hills)
Best thing about our stay was the friendly staff both at the check in desk and the bar/restaurant. We had a problem with the TV, and the front desk did their best to try and fix it, and offered a room upgrade instead. Wonderful gesture! Also the bartender was friendly and happy to open my bottle of wine (that...
