“Wasn’t sure when we arrived as outside of caravan could have done with a jet wash. Inside though was lovely we couldn’t fault it at all. Some reviews have mentioned the garden not being secure but we had no problems at all. The park itself is very very hilly but beautifully kept. The club house was very clean and all the staff we met were very friendly. One small niggle - we didn’t realise it had limited Wi-Fi and would have been happy to pay a charge for extra Wi-Fi. Overall a lovely time was……

“Lovely, cosy, quirky little place in a very quiet part of town. It has everything I needed for my stay. Only stayed 1 night for work purposes but wanted to stay longer. Rod was very welcoming and throughly nice chap.”

“We were very happy to stay. The beach house was very clean, close to many amenities, grocery shops, restaurants and the bus stop into Brighton was convenient! “It was easy to get into the property. It was very clean with 2 toilets which surprised me! The bed was super comfortable and I slept well. Obviously the 5.30am seagull wake up call, the squawking and marching up and down the roof disturbed but we were at the coast so it is to be expected. We did not really use the park facilities. ”
