La Maisonnette des Berges

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Béziers, this charming house, air-conditioned with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a bedroom on the mezzanine, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, a sitting area with a double sofa bed and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A mezzanine bedroom (wooden staircase) with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room and WC

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 30 m² and a terrace, with electric pergola and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- The residence has several swimming pools:
A covered, shared and heated swimming pool of 8m*14m, open from the beginning of September to the end of June from 8am to 8pm.
Two shared summer pools, not heated, 20m*10m, open from the end of June to the end of August from 8am to 7:45pm.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha.

The house is ideally located in Béziers, in a secure residence 15 minutes from the beaches and the Mediterranean. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
In the residence, you will have basketball court, playground, Ping Pong table ...
Outside:
- Bike paths along the Canal du Midi
- Boat rentals
- Visits of the surrounding cities: Béziers, Sète, Agde, Narbonne, Montpellier, Toulouse ...
- The 9 locks of Fonseranes
- Spain at 100 kms

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house (numbered place)

As for the other means of transportation, here are some information that may be useful to you:
- The train station of Béziers is at 10 min by car, the one of Montpellier at 50 min by car.
- The airport of Montpellier is 50 min by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site 15€/pers).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
Opening date not contractual, the wearing of Bermuda shorts is prohibited.
