The property had everything necessary to ensure an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms spacious and the living room light and comfortable. The pool is great for morning and evening swims even at the end of September.

A very pleasant, well-equipped house with a large garden and good swimming pool. A very beautiful, peaceful area. Everything we wanted with lovely weather. The whole of the Domaine de Bel Air property is charming.

A little piece of French heaven

Well, what can we say - this is a truly beautiful little piece of Marseillan, the house is wonderful, the kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to produce great meals - the bedrooms are large and have fantastic views, the spacious bathroom with its large shower gives you a great start to the day - & if you want to unwind in the evening you have the double ended bath- Perfect ! And then there is the outdoor space, you while away your evenings, with a glass of the local rose wine at the outdoor table with pretty lights strung above you between the trees, whilst listening to the "orchestra" courtesy of the cute little green frogs that love to share your sunbed by the pool, and the pool is just gorgeous ! sparkling and private and with the views of the vines all around you and the pond in the distance - this is simply one of the very nicest places we have stayed in and a little piece of us remains at the Domaine de Bel Aire - the wildlife that loves to visit are the little red squirrels and a hare who we nicknamed "Henri" the hoopoe birds are also frequent visitors. we can't wait to return. Anne & her family are the perfect hosts very friendly but also unobtrusive. Marseillan harbour /port became one of our favourite places to visit with Bar Mauris becoming our go to! the local Tuesday market is great to visit and the larger one at Pezenas definitely worth visiting. Thank you Anne, we will be back. :-)

Für unsere Familie mit drei Kindern (15, 12, 7) war dieses Ferienhaus perfekt. Der gepflegte und ungewöhnlich schöne Pool ist 11 m lang und bietet somit viel Platz zum Spielen und zum Schwimmen. In der Poolmitte ist das Wasser ca 170 cm tief. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und vor dem Haus kann man auf einer Plancha (Grillplatte mit Gas) leckere Gerichte zaubern und grillen. Für deutsche Gäste wichtig: "normale" Einzel- Deckenbezüge passen nur bei der Decke, die zum Einzelbett gehört. Die anderen Betten haben sehr große Doppeldecken. Die Betten sind sehr bequem mit guten Matratzen. Annes Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht.

Besser als erwartet. Tolle Gastgeberin. Freundlich schnell und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Der Pool ist sensationell, der Garten ein Traum, Die Plancha wurde jeden Tag verwendet. Einziges Manko. Die ersten Tage hatten wir 38*, da wäre eine AC hilfreich. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Merci Ann!

Wir haben 14 wundervolle Tage in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und die warmen Tage zu genießen.Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlichund und jederzeit ansprechbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat.Das Haus liegt eher ländlich, was wir als sehr erholsam empfunden haben. Man sollte aber mobil sein, da man mit dem Auto überall sehr gut und schnell hinkommt – Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind dadurch problemlos möglich.Insgesamt hat uns das Gesamtkonzept außerordentlich gut gefallen, und wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique endroit au coeur des vignes

A proximité des grandes agglomérations tout en profitant du calme, cet endroit est idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine. La maison est très fonctionnel , il y a tous les équipements possibles à disposition. Anne a été de très bon conseil et très attentionnée. Nous recommandons grandement cette location !!!Merci encore

Merci à Anne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. On se sent de suite à la maison. Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Ausstattung der Küche ist besonders hervorzuheben. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass im Bad so viel Platz ist. Am allertollsten fanden wir den Außenbereich und besonders den wundervollen Pool, den wir alleine für uns hatten. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir haben aber kaum etwas von ihr mitbekommen. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt los zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ins Naturschutzgebiet und zur Lagune. Häufig waren wir mit dem Auto an langen, leeren Sandstränden am Meer. Eigentlich fahren wir nie zweimal an denselben Ort, hier kann es aber durchaus sein, dass wir einmal wiederkommen. Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Danke, Anne, für die tolle Zeit!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das war das beste Ferienhaus, welches wir je hatten. Das alte Haus lag mitten in Weinfeldern mit weitem Blick auf den Étang de Thau. Der Pool, den wir die beiden Wochen für uns alleine hatten, war sehr sauber und edel. Bei 35°C waren wir jeden Tag schwimmen. Wir waren immer allein und ungestört - bei einem solchen Anwesen ein echter Luxus. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Ausreichend Porzellan und Küchenutensilien. Von allem mehr als erwartet. Mikrowelle, Kohlegrill am Pool, Gasgrill vor dem Haus etc., etc. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Schlafzimmer mit alten Möbeln, die vom Stil sehr gut passten. Sehr gute Betten. In jedem Raum ein Ventilator, den wir auch brauchten, da wir auch nachts immer über 20°C hatten. Für diejenigen, denen es hauptsächlich auf den Strand am Meer ankommt, ist das Haus nicht so toll, da man ca. eine halbe Stunde zum nächsten Strand fahren muss. Der Sandstrand ist sauber, genau wie das Wasser. Landschaftlich nicht so überragend. Wir haben deshalb sehr viele Ausflüge in die Gorge du Tarn gemacht. Diese liegt in einem Nationalpark ca. 150 km vom Ferienhaus. Kajak fahren, wandern und die Höhle Aven Armand waren spektakulär. Trotz der weiten Anfahrt waren wir 4 mal dort. Tolle Städte wie z.B. Carcassonne, Arl, Nimes etc. etc. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge. Gute Supermärkte in ca. 5 km in netten kleinen Ortschaften. Zusammenfassend: Traumhaus in schöner Landschaft mit viel Fahrerei. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen!!!
