Exceptionnel. Nous avons été ravis et enchantés de passer quelques jours dans cette magnifique maison. Tout était parfait en commençant par les espaces de vie, les chambres avec leurs salle de bains, l'immense terrasse extérieur sans oublier la batterie de cuisine où rien ne manque.Merci également à Bruno qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous reviendrons certainement si l'occasion se présente.

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Sehr modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts, selbst ein Stuhl für Menschen, die in der Dusche sitzen müssen, ist vorhanden. Boule-Kugeln, Tischtennisschläger und andere Spielgeräte dürfen benutzt werden. Geschirr gibt es reichlich, so dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen muss. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was während der hohen Temperaturen bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr angenehm war. Die (elektrischen) Rollläden helfen hier zusätzlich. Sehr schöner Außenbereich (den wir abends leider wegen der zahlreichen Mücken nicht nutzen konnten) mit Kunstrasen, der bei längerer Sonneneinstrahlung etwas heiß werden kann. Genügend Sitzplätze innen und außen, dazu eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse. Bei Problemen war Bruno sofort zur Stelle. Er hat uns trotz unserer geringen Französischkenntnisse alle Funktionen im Haus verständlich erklärt. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Modernes Feriendomizil in Vias Plage

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Objekt liegt sehr gut gelegen fussläufig ca. 2 Minuten von der Promenade und 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberes und modernes Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem modernen Bad, große offene Küche und ein toller Garten. Nicht zu letzt gibt es viele Spiele für die Kinder (zB Kicker, Tischtennis etc.), so dass es nicht langweilig wird. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

très belle maison toute neuve. Seul bémol escalier abrupte. Chauffage au top, cuisine très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle (ce qui est rare) dans l'ensemble rien à redire. Peut-être modifier l'entrée (compteur au niveau entrée) sinon très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une magnifique maison avec de très belles prestations ,très bien aménagée et avec avec un très bon accueil de nôtre hôte très disponible avant notre séjour et pendant. Nous recommandons cette maison pour une famille.

Unser Aufenthalt

An sich ein sehr schönes und großes Haus, modern gestaltet, nah am Meer, gut klimatisiert und sehr komfortabel. Leider kamen auf uns unangekündigte Kosten zu, zudem eine ebenfalls nicht angekündigte Kautionszahlung. Wir hatten zudem das Gefühl uns sehr viel Mühe geben zu müssen das Objekt sauber und ordentlich zu halten, da dies der Verwaltung als äußerst wichtig erschien.
