“This is the absolute best place to stay in Montmartre. We stayed in the Toulouse Lautrec room and could see some of the sacre coeur cathedral from our living room windows. IF YOU TRAVEL IN SUMMER MAKE SURE YOU BOOK SOMEWHERE WITH AIRCONDITIONG! This place was cooled in living area and bedroom and made allll the difference. It’s really in the best area of Montmartre and is part of the best restaurants there (La Boheme). Only caveats: no elevators so make sure you’re traveling with someone brawny……

“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.”

“The location was excellent! The bathroom was a bit musty due to no ventilation. Fans were in every bedroom which was great given the high temperatures while we were there. Communication with the host was good and directions for check in were very clear.”

“They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team”

“Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access……

“The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we are in our 80s ... we simply could not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are disgusted with the landlord and……

“We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. ”

“Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero……
