“Super gelegen, angenehme Zimmer. Check-in war sehr einfach und schnell online. Inkludiertes Frühstück war gut aber sehr einfach (keine Wurst oder Käse).”

“Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost……

“We walked in very excited for our trip with my family including young children late at night and the check in instructions were all incorrect we then realised there was human faeces inside the front door the smell was absolutely horrendous we were left at the entrance with children crying refusing to enter It was absolutely horrible experience We had to then book emergency accommodation I am still trying to get a refund as Expedia are investigating But it was awful experience I would not……

“Logement bien situé proche de Disneyland Paris. Dommage pour l'arrivée qui était prévue pour 16h sur place. À 16h40 nous avons reçu un message pour payer la taxe et une caution de 200€. À 17h nous avons reçu les codes d'accès. Aucune réponse de la part de 123homefr par téléphone ni aux différents messages envoyés via expedia. Logement propre, sauf le four. Le mobilier est a changé car très abîmé. Sanitaire à changé également très usé, la baignoire et la chasse d’eau avec de l'adhésif..”

“I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. These are essentials, not luxuries, especially……

“Die Lage ist grundsätzlich mittelmäßig, wenn man - so wie wir - mit dem Rad und dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist es praktisch, weil man kostenlos parken kann und in 4-5 min mit dem Rad in der Stadt ist, zu Fuß ist es etwas weit! Was aber UNBEDINGT empfehlenswert ist, ist ein Zimmer Richtung „Garten“ (der kein echter Garten ist, sondern eine Art steinerner Hinterhof), denn sonst schläft man direkt zur Hauptstrasse hin und das ist glaube ich kein Spaß 😓 Nach hinten in den Garten ist es hingegen sehr……

“The location of this property is right in the center of the village, walkable to a large variety of cafes, restaurants, and wineries. We stayed in the “Chambertain” room (each of the rooms has a unique wine-related name, rather than a number). The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are all on the ground floor, making the arrival with luggage very easy (especially nice for us being seniors). The bedroom is very spacious in what was formerly an actual wine cellar at the lower / basement level! ……
