Our host Grégoire makes an amazing breakfast with fresh baked bread and the outdoor dining space is pure eye candy. The town had a really good vibe and despite our very limited French, people were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. 」

「Had a lovely and relaxing stay in this small, intimate and home like hotel.The room was perfect and having dinner at the restaurant, prepared by the owner of the hotel while taking in the charm of their garden was a perfect first night in the Cote D’ Azur. 」

「Was varmly welcomed by the couple that own the hotel. Rooms are clean and cozy, lovely location, access to private jaccuzi and beautiful view. The owners were very kind and made a big difference during my stay. Warmly recommended and will come back for sure.」

「Michael and Eric were so welcoming, and made us feel like invited guests in their home, far more than just one night hotel visitors. Breakfast was fantastic, both in the food on offer and the view from the terrace. Grasse has plenty to offer, just be ready for the steps down into town and then back up. Makes the breakfast all the more deserved.」

「Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. 」

「The host was so amazing. She was very accommodating and greeted me with a glass of wine and yummy pound cake. The property was even better than I imagined. My room had a great view and was very clean and quiet. I am definitely going to come back and stay again in the future!」

「Villa Colina is beautifully located in the hills close to Mandelieu. The view is amazing and the pool and deck are spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. Jean-Philippe is excellent host and does everything possible to make you feel at home. He provides breakfast every morning and is always available for questions. Highly recommended if you want to visit the area close to Cannes and Nice. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Colina. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this very nice, cozy hotel. The people who work here—and the owners—are incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. It’s located just 5 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach, which makes it perfect for a relaxing family trip. My parents especially enjoyed their time here, and we all felt very comfortable and cared for. I’m truly thankful to the owner for creating such a warm and inviting place. Highly recommend!」

"I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views. **Pros:** - Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. - Clean, well-equipped room. **Cons:** - Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room. - Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night. - While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest. I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows. "
