“If it was possible to give this property zero stars, I would. Upon arriving at the property, the owner (who was insanely rude right off the bat) tried to extort us for more money and refused to give us the room unless we paid or even our money back. We were effectively left stranded after travelling for 32 hours. Then, when we wouldn’t back down, the owner urged us to call Fabhotel ourselves because they weren’t answering his calls either. Fabhotel Customer Service insisted I should just pay……
“Pro: Outstanding value, large and clean rooms, central location, proximity to airport, reasonably priced restaurant; Con: few western choices in breakfast, worn out fixtures in bathroom, difficult to walk in neighborhood (or just to cross the road). Hotel staff could have offered to top-up mobile phone accounts for customers.”
