“Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! ”

“Lobby staff, security, and room service staff were cordial and took prompt care of our needs. The amenities in our room and the cleanliness of the restroom was at par with our expectations. Thing that could be improved: 1. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and we had to rely on the Fan to keep the room cool. Staff informed us that this was due to renovations. 2. Wifi signal strength and speed were not good, and I had to use my mobile hotspot to attend online work meetings. 3. Breakfast……

“Very conveniently located and neat. Seemed to be one of the better properties in the area. There were issues like no towels in the rooms, all remotes(tv, ac etc) didn’t work and probably needed new batteries, there was no hot water.”

“A hotel I would never stay even if it is given for free. An absolutely incorrigible management which does not even up keep the building maintained. There is no proper parking. When the rear right wheel of our van fell into a four foot hole right in front of the hotel, the management did not even let its employee help us. The public and the passersby helped the vehicle out. Very noisy and at 5:00 AM every morning we have to wake up to a very high decibel songs and preaching. Hotel has made no……

“Bathrooms was very bad.No hot water. Needed to use bucket. Toilet was not good. Beds were not comfirtable. Reception did not want to adjust the amounts. Nera by hotels of better standard were available at lower rates.”

“We arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time, but they provided our room in 15 minutes. It was really helpful. Though we expected an AC room, they said we booked non AC room. They charged extra fee to use AC. Room was clean. Restaurant was ok, we had breakfast in the restaurant. It was buffet style, south Indian food. ”
