Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience」

「This property is located in shaken MIDC - mostly surrounded by small shops and some slums. Hotel Room itself was good except it was not having refrigerator as it was out of service. Hotel staff was good and co-operative. Hotel basement area is not clean & smelly with food which needs a lot of improvement. Hotel car parking also needs to be clean and hygiene.」
