Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"

The internet is unstable and need to have a new inquiry of a new password every few minutes or so. "You get what you pay for. The best thing about the Sara Executive Hotel is the staff: helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel is basic. Get a room far from the open stairwell, as noise is channeled from the ground floor front desk and restaurant directly up the stairwell to the guest room floors. The whir of my room's ceiling fan masked some corridor noise, thankfully. A door and carpet in the corridors would reduce the noise. My rudimentary room had no closet, no luggage rack, and there...
