「Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. Get a room far from the open stairwell, as noise is channeled from the ground floor front desk and restaurant directly up the stairwell to the guest room floors.
