「Overall it was excellent but it is not good about television subscription of channels that only free channels were subscribed in hotel while it was not mentioned anywhere. It is not good for reputation of hotel and it is not duty of customers to complaint about these basic issues.」

「Good location, breakfast was good but too small . The facility was a bit old but good enough for business . The hotel security had nice inspectation every time. But the rate is much better than Blu. Very easy to check out when use Expedia booking. 」

「Pro: Outstanding value, large and clean rooms, central location, proximity to airport, reasonably priced restaurant; Con: few western choices in breakfast, worn out fixtures in bathroom, difficult to walk in neighborhood (or just to cross the road). Hotel staff could have offered to top-up mobile phone accounts for customers.」

「Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.」

「I had done my booking through hotels.com in which I booked Deluxe Room with Multiple Bed Options i.e One Double Bed and one King Bed. But at the time of check in hotel staff said they don't have this category room with us and we had to settle in a small room. A very rude behaviour from the hotel staff. Please don't book this property 」
