There were several major issues during our stay: * Fresh food was not available. 「Nice hotel with brilliant views of the snow capped mountains. The rooms look a bit tired although are comfortable. No AC but you don’t really need it and no heating which you do need - so ask for a heater. Food is limited but what they do is nice.」

「We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch 」

「Good stay」

「Great place, even warmer staff that really make the place worth the stay. Great food and very cozy bar! We stayed in the mountain suite which was great value for money. Will stay here again next time we visit」

「The staff was polite, accommodating and the location was good. They had bonfire and karaoke every night. The food was goof particularly malai kofta and butter chicken. The breakfast spread was okayish. Will recommend.」

「Room was good, Services and food was truly 5 star. Road leading to this property is bit damaged but manageable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 」
