「Buchung existierte bei Ankunft am Hotel nicht. Der Manager erklärte, dass das Hotel über Hotels.com keine Unterkunft anbietet. Es müsse sich um einen Betrug handeln. Unterkunft wurde vorab bezahlt. Feedabck an Hotels.com blieb unbeantwortet. Ich kann nur davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen!」

「PC bills itself as a luxury resort and if you come in expecting White Lotus levels of luxury, you are probably going to be disappointed. Lines can be long for check in and breakfast buffet, and there are a few quirks here and there (slow service in the restaurants, lack of temperature controls in some rooms) that might irk. But the staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely and the bed I slept in was crazy comfortable. 」

「It was the worst experience of my life, booked this hotel on hotels.com and paid in full, upon arrival they told us we don’t even have the reservation there and hotels.com didn’t even pay them, worst customer service from hotels.com and from hotel management avoid this place and i am never booking through hotels.com, i had to find different hotel in the middle of night 」

「Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office.
