“The hotel was lovely and comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. It's located in a quiet residential area but is within short walking distance of town centre and all attractions. Breakfast was good and competitively priced and home made cakes were delicious. Delphine, Jacques and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. “This is a lively hotel in Biarritz. It’s just above the old port area, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast in the charming breakfast room was a cut above the other French hotels that we stayed in. My only concern would be that for those with mobility issues there’s a bit of walk uphill to get to it, but that’s true of most of the hotels in Biarritz. ”

“J'ai ADORÉ loger au Palmito! J'ai tout aimé et si je reviens à Biarritz je logerai à nouveau ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Le personnel est ultra sympathique, courtois, souriant et serviable ! Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. On est confortable. J'avais une chambre avec petit balcon et vue sur l'océan, magnifique ! Merci Palmito ! Je m'ennuie déjà !”

“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”
