“Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff were also first rate.”

“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“It's truly a boutique hotel, personally owned by one man since 2005. It took him 2 years to renovate a neglected 19th century stable and create a luxurious retreat. The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and period furnishings. The art collection is French Modernist (think Bernard Buffett), the glass is blown glass from……

“The property and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was carrying our luggage up a couple of long flights of stairs. (no elevator in this older building) I noticed that help was offered to several other people checking in, and was curious about that.”

“Lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a superior double room which was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Whilst we didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel due the abundance of super cafe’s all within a few minutes walk of the hotel it was available and looked good. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great service, great location and a great place to relax in Biarritz”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……
