This welcoming 45 sq. m apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed of :

- a perfectly-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bathroom with bathtub,

- TV and Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

As the property is located close to a restaurant and in a busy area, some disturbance may occur.

The washing machine is located outside the home, and a staircase has to be lowered to gain access.

Ideally situated only ten minutes away from the beaches, this charming apartment is located in the center of Biarritz. It's nerby numerous shops and restaurants, so you won't miss anything during your stay. The touristic strees, the Halles and the city center are only a few minutes away by foot. If you'd like to move faster in the city, there's a free bus at disposal. We recommend the Jardin Public Pierre Forsans, only a few steps away from the flat. If you're in a sport mood, don't hesitate to try the numerous outdoors activities the Basque coast can offer you : hiking, surfing...

This apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, above a bar. Noise pollution may occur.
