This 72 m² apartment combines historic charm and modern comfort, on the first floor of a neo-Norman architecture dating from 1906. Enjoy an authentic, refined experience with 3.66m high ceilings and bourgeois decor. Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 5 people, it includes:
- an open-plan living area comprising a lounge, dining room and office area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, juicer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed,
- bathroom with bathtub,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- fan, central heating,
