Nice apartment with a few flaws

The apartment is well equipped, light and airy. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom. It was tiny but the water pressure in the shower was great.

Honteux - à fuire

Lors de notre arrivée, la douche était ouverte à pleine eau depuis plusieurs heures et la salle de bain était totalement inondée. L'hôte a été injoignable et nous avons dû tout éponger nous mêmes. L'eau chaude ayant coulé abondamment pendant plusieurs heures, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude jusqu'au lendemain. L'ensemble de l'appartement sentait l'humidité. Le lavabo de la salle de bain n'avait visiblement pas été nettoyé : il était plein de poils et de poussières. L'hôte n'a pas daigné se déplacer et nous a laissées gérer tout cela sans assistance et sans le moindre geste commercial. De plus, les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur des lampadaires et ne sont pas équipées de volets ou de rideaux, uniquement de voiles extrêmement fins. Les chambres sont donc éclairées comme en plein jour pendant toute la nuit. La prestation réalisée pour cet appartement est tout simplement honteuse et proche de l'escroquerie.

Tres bon sejour à 5 min du centre de Biarritz

L'appart sandy est très bien rénové, avec goût et simplicité. Il est fonctionnel et très bien, situé, dans une rue calme d'un quartier où le stationnement est gratuit.

Un appartement moyennement agréable

L'appartement est plutôt bien équipé et les literies sont confortables. L'appartement s'est dégradé depuis les photos mises sur le site, il est nettement moins neuf et net. Il est en outre très humide, et une odeur de moisi forte nous a accueillis à notre arrivée. L'état des lieux d'entrée qui pointe tous les défauts de l'appartement est d'ailleurs particulièrement rébarbatif, bien qu'instructif sur l'état de l'appartement. L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise, dans la chambre à 2 lits on entend parfaitement les conversations des voisins. Enfin l'entrée dans les lieux n'a pas été simple : la conciergerie n'a pas du tout répondu à nos demandes d'arrivée en soirée jusqu'au jour même. Disons qu'il est acceptable d'y séjourner pour une durée courte.

Très bien !

L'appartement correspond à sa description. Bien situé car il est facile de se garer gratuitement, et le centre ville et la plage sont faciles d'accès à pied. Commerces tout près (petit Casino et pharmacie). L'appartement est très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux...). Il est agréable et très calme. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Nous étions 2 couples d'amis et avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement fonctionnel et situé à seulement 10/15min du centre ville de Biarritz (10min des Halles, 15min du front de mer). Très propre et moderne. L'équipe est très réactive et à l'écoute. Salle de bains un peu petite.

A part 1 ou 2 détails pratiques ( volets qui ferment mal et 1 étagère en plus dans la chambre à 2 lits qui seraient pratique pour ranger les affaires), le logement est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Par contre, pour les surfeurs, aucun endroit pour faire sécher les combi (à part la douche) et poser la planche de surf. C'est dommage ...

Très bel appartement charmant et confortable
