The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. To access certain services, such as entertainment, beach shuttle and swimming pools, you must purchase a wristband at a price of €2.50 per person (from 3 years) for the entire stay. A deposit of €5.00 is required at check-in for the magnetic parking card. Gas or lava stone barbecues may be used on the pitches (charcoal barbecues are prohibited).


Holiday resort
National category 3 stars, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, children's playroom, supermarket and launderette. In the campsite’s restaurant-pizzeria, which also offers takeaway, guests can enjoy Italian cuisine. There is also a bar, an ice-cream parlour and a well-stocked supermarket for those who prefer to cook for themselves. A bazaar, a tobacconist and a newsstand complete the offer.

The campsite offers its guests a free Wi-Fi area, coin-operated launderettes and a car wash.

Marina di Bibbona. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. Just a few minutes from the centre of Marina di Bibbona, the campsite offers a relaxing oasis surrounded by a lush pine forest, perfect for those who want to spend a holiday surrounded by nature and the sea. The campsite is ideal for families and combines comfort and fun for an unforgettable holiday on the beautiful Costa degli Etruschi. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. It is possible to park a second car for a fee of €6.00 per day, while motorbikes are charged €3.00 per day.

Mopeds and cars are not allowed on the campsite except at the following times (10.00 - 12.30 and 16.00 - 18.30).

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The campsite has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, both equipped with sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability). The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September and offers the chance every day to cool off and have fun in the water.


Leisure
In the complex: table tennis. Animation for children. To make every moment a special experience, the campsite offers a rich daytime and evening entertainment programme for children and adults. The children's club (mid-June to the end of August) keeps the little ones busy with games and creative workshops, while the football pitch, volleyball court, table tennis table and games room provide sporting activities.

Only 600 metres from the campsite there is a beautiful sandy beach, both free and equipped. Guests can relax under parasols and on sun loungers (for a fee), which can be conveniently booked via reception. The beach is accessible through the pine forest or by shuttle service. A beach bar to cool off on sunny days completes the offer.
