Cottage Barbara with sea view

Just 14 km from the beaches of Marina di Bibbona and 4 km from the village of Casale Marittimo, little renovated in natural alabaster, is situated in a quite position on the hills about 5 km. from the centre of Casale Marittimo. Olive groves, fruit trees, almond trees, pines and cypresse grow on the 3 hectare property. The owner comes once a week to take care of the pretty garden full of lavender, oleanders, rosemary and broom. Barbeque. Covered parking at the house. Wendy-house, swings and slide for children. Wonderful view over the hills as far as the sea and the islands of Elba, Capraia, Gorgona and Corsica.
New, comfortable furnishings in pale wood. Exposed beams and terracotta floors.
Particularly suitable for 2 people (with older children). The two floors are not divided by a door. Access via approx. 1.600 m. well-kept dirt road.
:: Casa Barbara Ground floor. 60 m². living/diningroom with double sofa-bed. Kitchen (4 gas rings). 1st floor: wooden staircase to open bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. Bath with large shower/w.c. and baby changing table.

Additional costs are foreseen for those who exceed the foreseen 2 hours (€ 2.00 per additional hour), the modem has an autonomous battery with approximately 6 hours therefore it can be transported during the movements of the customers, the rental must be communicated in advance if requested.

Die perfekte Erholung

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Aus dem großen Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt Casale. Auf einer Hängematte hat man sogar ein Blick auf das Meer. Die Bilder haben das Haus und die Ausstattung gut abgebildet. Paola haben wir zwar nicht getroffen, sie hat uns über WhatsApp aber sehr gut bei allem geholfen. Für zwei Leute ist das Haus unserer Ansicht nach perfekt, für mehr würde es sehr eng werden. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auch die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist wohl das fehlende WiFi. Es wurde uns zwar ein Mobiles Netzwerk zur Verfügung gestellt, das hat bei uns leider aber nicht funktioniert (bei den Vormietern aber wohl schon). Nur die täglich verfügbaren 2 GB hätten für uns zum Filme streamen etc. wohl sowieso nicht gereicht.
