"We had a beautiful mountain view of the slopes. The room seemed old and ready for a renovation. We went on a Japanese holiday so all the restaurants we wanted to eat at had no availability, and neither did the kids daycare service."

"Good breakfast and of course friendly staff. Typical dated resort hotel but discovered too much uncleaned when searching for an available power outlet - none found so had to unplug some items to get power."
"I was very surprised at how spacious the rooms were compared to other typical Japanese hotels. The accommodations were dates, but clean, cozy and great views. The onsen experience was fantastic and the convenience to the slopes is the biggest plus."

Nice B&B for a quiet off-season getaway
"Cute inn run by a very nice family. Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Near a really niceonsen and excellent value restaurant. I am told White rose has great pizza but we came last minute so we were a surprise."
