“Großartiger freundlicher Service an Rezeption, Putzdienst gut. Zimmer mit muffigem Geruch. Tapeten lösen sich von der Wand ab. Kanalisations-Geruch in der Toilette. Extrem laute Musik am Pool über Tag, abends beim Essen hingegen tolle Livemusik, Service im Essensbereichen ganz ganz miserabel, sprechen kaum Englisch, laufen weg, wenn man sie auf Englisch anspricht. Man muss quasi darum betteln, bedient zu werden. Verschmutzter Strand. Keinerlei Auflage für die Poolliegen. Kaum vegetarisches……

“This is a wonderful property with great pool, beach and restaurants. The staff was great. But it is located immediately adjacent to a restaurant/nightclub with ungodly loud, obnoxious music blaring until midnight. It was so bad that even though we had paid for 7 nights we considered moving to a different hotel. For this reason I cannot recommend ”

“By far the worst hotel I have ever been to, to start with the staff that attended us upon arrival made fun of us but that could be because they were in an alcoholic state and under some kind of illegal substance, you could see it in their eyes, the rooms were dirty upon our arrival and they do not have a key so they open it for you every time you arrive at the hotel, we were there for 5 nights 6 days and none of them cleaned the room, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and when we asked……

“The hotel is situated at the highway it's not accessible for tourist with mobility disabilities and even pedestrians to venture the attractions such as the Baku Eye. Its not save for anyone to cross over to the opposite side of the road. Thus, it is viable for the management to consider to provide vehicle for its customers for them to go to attractions that is situated at the opposite of the road especially for the customers like my husband with mobility disabilities. As per normal there's good……

“Very good time! The location is great, right by old town. It’s spotless & the art is striking/memorable. Top marks to the super helpful and professional reception team - special thanks to Kanan. Room was lovely. Good breakfast daily - buffet, Turkish style & cooked. BThe only thing missing is amenities; for evening. food a chef has to come from another location, and the sale of drinks mysteriously stopped. Not a big issue - we ate out and used the room fridge - but it’s unusual for a place of……

“Wow! We are blown away by how friendly the people are in Baku. They do everything to help you without being too much at all. 10/10 to all people in Baku. Qiz Qalashi Hotel was everything we asked for and the distance to Formula 1 entrance is super close. We sat at Mugham entrance, would recommend for people attending the race! All the staff at the hotel was top tier, Thank you all! The hotel has a collab with another hotel for breakfast with the best view over Baku and really great food.……
