「Hotel simple as was breakfast- staff very courteous and helpful when there. However, as there is not 24 hour desk service , there are many times when you cannot get assistance. For example, I could not get assistance for a taxi to the train station as no one was available at 6:45 am although i was told that there would be someone in the kitchen or around at that time.」

「no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still...

「In my honest view and experience as a guest for 15 nights (mini capsule) in January 2026, this hostel would pass as nearly "average" for its shared communal facilities and reception staff hospitality. No windows to see sunshine on waking mornings. Be very careful not to be "lured" by the reception manager into a presumed "affordable" "deal" if you book directly with them (outside of Expedia) to either extend your stay or return to stay.
