「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「This was a stellar place. It was a luxury villa on the hill above Verona. With its own private gate and parking, an easy to navigate key in a box entrance and a super deluxe experience awaiting. The beds were comfy, the apartment was elegant, great bathrooms, and really kind people running the place. It's about a 5 minute drive to the bridge to walk into the Verona old town. Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease. Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV. 「Beautiful hotel outside Verona. The staff were helpful and the menu was great in the restaurant. After a week of running around Venice and Florence sightseeing, it was wonderful to relax in the pool, enjoy the views and unwind. Staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay.
