After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake. “Perfect location for pretty much everything in Brașov. Check in process was easy and the staff member was lovely. Our room was ridiculously hot when we got there, every radiator was on, so had to sit with the door open to get rid of the heat. There was no safe in the room which is my only real negative thing. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, no english breakfast tea though which was a shame, and strange choice of juices (grapefruit and peach) no orange or apple. We would stay there again if……

“Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)”
