「Check-in was a little problematic since the office closed at 5, but we finally got confirmation through Expedia about getting someone to contact us about checking in after hours. Room was clean. Washing machine did not cooperate, and after an hour of trying different settings, we finally got a full cycle to work. 「Beautiful new boutique hotel in Portland! Easy access to the Old Port and everything Portland has to offer. Very quiet, clean and well appointed rooms. The kitchen makes all the difference, even for a short stay! We loved our visit so much that we've booked a second trip!」
