Tucked away in the heart of Big Bear's towering pines, this enchanting cabin is your perfect mountain sanctuary. Combining mountain charm with modern comforts, this cozy hideaway invites you to experience the true essence of cabin living. Located in a peaceful, sought-after neighborhood that places it within quick access to local points of interest. Whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring the National Forest hiking trails just around the corner, adventure is always nearby. This serene retreat is more than just a getaway—it's a place to unwind, recharge, and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Big Bear. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the deck or cozying up by the fireplace after a day of exploring, this mountain haven offers an unforgettable escape.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 900+ sq ft home with living room, TV, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. First bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, office nook, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the backyard. Second bedroom includes 2 XL twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV with a Blu-ray player. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with double oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - The basement-level gaming space, accessible via a separate entrance, is a true entertainment haven! Enjoy darts, Skee-Ball, pinball, air hockey, a retro gaming setup, plus Nintendo Switch and Wii consoles for endless fun. A karaoke machine is ready to bring laughter and unforgettable memories to your stay. This space also features a video library and Blu-ray player for movie nights, with wall-mounted heaters ensuring your comfort. Throughout the property, Smart TVs provide access to Hulu, Disney+, MAX, Peacock, and Apple TV+, all powered by fast WiFi. Board games and card games are also available for classic family fun. Unwind near the cozy wood-burning stove fireplace during fall and winter or stay cool under large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room during the warmer months. Laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer. Please note: While the main house is single-story and does not require stairs, the basement-level game room is accessed separately and requires the use of stairs.

OUTDOORS - The expansive deck offers ample seating and a cozy firepit, perfect for gathering during cooler seasons. After a day on the slopes or lake, unwind and let your stress melt away in the hot tub. Enjoy memorable family dinners with the outdoor pizza oven and gas barbecue, while furry friends roam freely in the fully fenced yard. Engage in a little friendly competition with the Large outdoor wooden Jenga set or Cornhole. There is also a small chest with various outdoor games to keep younger family members entertained. These items rotate and the exact items in the picture are not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Our brand-new indoor play space is ready for fun! Designed with little adventurers in mind, it features a cozy recliner for grown-ups, cuddly stuffed animals, a mini ball pit, toys galore, and a small TV for kid-friendly entertainment. It's the perfect spot for playtime, giggles, and a little downtime for parents, too! Please note: This space is detached from the main house, and children should never be left unsupervised.

PARKING - Enjoy hassle-free parking with our spacious, flat driveway—easy to access and snow-friendly, even during heavy winter storms! 2 car driveway, EV Charger - Level 2 J1772, cord provided. Tesla - adapter available.
