Had a most wonderful stay! New, clean, great staff, great location with a view of the lake. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Had a fire in our fireplace and could walk to the Village shopping. Excellent in every way.

We could hear every single word and step from our neighbors above us - they were up til 4am - no exaggeration, seemingly dancing? The site was also under big renovation and looked nothing like the pictures. Very upset to have spent $500 for 2 days for a romantic getaway. It was anything but. We slept terribly both nights bc of the neighbors and couldn't enjoy property amenities or views. The door key also stopped working on the second day. The front desk woman was very sweet though. Otherwise, big bummer.

Overall great location to the village. Big beat lake is just right behind the place we stayed in. Unfortunately there was construction around the property but they are just making the place look better. Room was big. Not sure if we got a bad bed or box spring. Every th time we would lay down, it seemed as our heads were lower than our feet. Our feet were higher than our heads. We turned the mattress around and same problem. Other than that issue, place was great.

The room was very good. The only problem was the AC/heater control. Tried to lower the temperature and tried different ways but the system always went back to 80-81 degrees. Resorted to opening the windows to get the temperature lowered. Called front desk but was told the maintenance person was already gone for the day.

Its close to the village. The room was very clean which we appreciated. Good variety of clean dishes available to use for eating and cooking. Friendly staff at check in. Nice outdoor fire pit/BBQ area with a lake view. I'd give it overall about a 4.7, the only thing was we had wifi issues but we thankfully didn't really need wifi. Had a great time with our little family if three.

What we booked thru Expedia was a 1 room cabin. What we got was a I room studio. No counter , no closet, no table. The ‘Room’ did NOT Match the pictures.. we immediately upgraded to a much nice cabin..The Frontier staff was gracious & accommodating..Typical bait & switch by Expedia, which we will NEVER use again. Make your reservations through the actual resort for a FAR BETTER EXPERIENCE!

They were re-doing one side of where the cabins were. We were on the otherside that had been re-done with up to date items like fire pits, corn hole game and walking area with very nice light up fences. Over all the new cabins were very nice and up to date.

Definitely a aweful all around experience. A group were complaining when I arrived. They offered me an upgrade then changed their minds once I asked to see it because it was the cabin the people were complaining about. The heater was stuck on and would not go down, the bathroom floor was dirty, shower curtain dirty, and tub was dirty. I have photos of arrival, toilet does not flush completely, the “ lake view” you have to walk to and it’s not a beachfront stangent water area at end of lake, the pool ect was closed which was not listed. One of the beds seemed to be missing springs in an areas so I had a aweful night sleep. We went somewhere else the next day. There was no number to call to get help and Expedia rep said they couldn’t get ahold of property during the night. Next morning told them and they also told me that it strange that Expedia couldn’t get ahold of them but they had placed me on hold and told me they contact them the next morning also they told me that the price I paid was $50 less than what I was charges so something is fishy with this place. They point to Expedia as the issue but I am not to sure given all the other issues. Avoid this place there are a lot of better options and if it was not so late by the time they got to me because of the people before me complaining I would have gone somewhere else too.

I honestly absolutely adored my stay here. It was in a perfect location to walk wherever we needed. The view was absolutely gorgeous and I was able to take my dogs hassle free. Check in was amazing and I Would love to stay here again. However we stayed in cabin number 310. The sofa bed was broken and they attempted to help but ended up just blaming us and saying we were rude. I know what it’s like to work customer service and I would never be rude to any workers especially when it’s 1am.
