This privately owned, fully equipped two-story townhome is the perfect mountain escape—ready for your family to enjoy for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. Just pack your clothes and a toothbrush—you'll find everything else you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The open floor plan creates a warm and welcoming space, ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware, so whether you choose to dine in or explore Big Bear’s many local restaurants, you’re covered.

Step outside and walk to the slopes—we’re located right at the base of Snow Summit, just minutes from Chair Lift #4. In warmer months, hike the scenic trails of the San Bernardino National Forest or enjoy nearby lake activities including boating, paddleboarding, and fishing. The Village is just a short drive away—perfect for shopping, strolling, dining, and enjoying seasonal festivals or live entertainment.

In the evenings, relax with options like outdoor concerts, live theater, movie nights, or simply enjoying a meal and drink under the stars. Looking for a slower pace? Spend the day on the lush golf course or a nice day on the lake.

In winter, you can’t stay any closer to Snow Summit—park and play with no need to move your car. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or just breathing in the crisp mountain air, this townhome offers the ideal home base.

We stayed here after a day of boating and it was very nice and relaxing. The units do not have air conditioning but we were able to borrow a fan. It wasn't too hot in the unit even without the a.c. and the pool was refreshing. I would get a unit with a spa next time.

Good with a few drawbacks

We arrived to the rental office to find out we were not renting the property that I reserved online. This was very surprising since I was never notified until we arrived. We made it work, but we had originally planned to let all the kids share the bunk bed room so they can have fun together, and we ended up having to split them up. The rental we did get was very clean. There was a pool that was close by and open pretty late. There was a rec room, but was closed while we were there. On the first night, the water heater went out, and they sent someone out relatively quickly considering it was almost 10 pm. The only other problem we experienced was that there was little in the way of cooking supplies.
