The living room has a sprawling comfortable sofa, and flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and cable. The dining area and kitchen are just steps away and features a breakfast bar, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and coffee pot. Open the sliding patio doors and step out to the back deck with propane barbeque. You are sure to enjoy the view of mountains and mature trees from the hot tub or the security of parking in the two car garage with a Tesla charger (14-50 NEMA outlet. Any electric car with that standard outlet can charge.)
Down the main floor hallway is a washer and dryer, full bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and windows overlooking the yard. The second bedroom has two solid log bunk beds, one a twin over twin and the other is a twin over full.
The loft is sure to be popular and features huge windows overlooking the mountains, trees and a view of the clouds rolling by. A full size pool table and TV with cable will help pass the time when you aren't exploring the great outdoors.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
