Everything I expected!

My and fiancée couldn't have asked for a better getaway cabin. The customer service and communication was great, the staff had the room ready on time, and the entire cabin smelled great and was clean. The location of our cabin was ideal, with stores nearby and plenty of attractions to see. I especially liked how that our cabin was supplied with flashlights, little things definitely going far. We are already planning our next trip!

Great Service

Absolutely 5 stars! Customer service was responsive when I had a small question during my stay. I would definitely consider booking with Big Bear Cool Cabins again for a future trip.

you're jacuzzi never got hot and the only thing I wanted on this trip was to be in a really hot jacuzzi and relax... so I'm sad about that other wise it was great
