Our family had a wonderful stay at this Big Bear VRBO! The customer service was friendly and responsive, the property was clean, spacious, and as described, with an excellent location and great amenities. The only downside (otherwise it would be 5 stars) was the non-functional outdoor lights for the hot tub area, which maintenance couldn’t fix despite their prompt response. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d recommend this rental to others.
