“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival, and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues and were not responsive to requests. Overall, the service did not match the price or expectations. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Nice room albeit small. Asked for a room with a bathtub when I checked in. Told the room could not be changed due to me “booking with a third party”. Ended up with the room preselected for me. Also informed me that it would’ve been priced better if I had booked directly. Plus, I could’ve had a bathtub. Never had this experience- have been moved/upgraded on more than one occasion. ”
