“No TV, no hair dryer, low water pressure in shower, slow wi-fi connection. But no problem with them as few people visit this place with expectation for such things like Amman hotels. Receptionists are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Fairly good for stay. Thank you”

“Positive: close to airport outside of the busy centre, clean rooms and spacious, descent breakfast. Constructive feedback: I didn’t know there was an opera inside the hotel or some sort of show, it was pretty loud and we could hear it in the room. My fault for not checking this wasn’t an international hotel, could not enjoy the pool with my family because women and men had use different swimming pool this was a disappointment, it would have nice to spent some time with my family in the pool……

“One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose……
