「The cabin is cute and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The best mattress I have ever slept on in 70 years. The only negative was there were persimmons all over the ground in back and outdoor table. Otherwise a great stay.」

「Clean, quiet. Could hear a rooster crowing this morning. I would say if you plan on cooking much maybe bring a pan and an extra pot. There was a skillet and a small pot. Nice fridge, gas cook stove. Shower was nice, clean and plenty of hot water. Located a short drive from Blanchard springs and Mountain View. The A/C worked wonderful and is quiet. Nice place!」

「Both the HVAC and bathroom exhaust fan ents and filters needed to be cleaned and changed. Throw blankets need to be washed. Bring your own pillow, unless you have a giraffe sized neck. Overall the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. Easy uphill walk to the square.」

「We absolutely LOVED this sweet cabin by the creek! It is literally by the creek and is delightful! We are off the grid and by the water people and this was that! The inside was all very new and clean and had everything you could want or need! The location is fabulous for everything from thrifting , to hiking or Buffalo River activities, to Yellville for a bite to eat.Steve is the best! He is very very good at making sure you are prepared and will answer any questions you have. For coffee...
