Very nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming . Lovely breakfast baskets available (additional charge). Only improvement would be cleaning of room . We got a message while out asking if we would like the room cleaned that day with a circa 3 hour window that cleaners were available . We asked for it to be and unfortunately it wasn’t when we returned. Put it down to message system delays but think better system needed than this. Definately worth visiting though .

The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point…

This place was just a one day layover for me. When I got here I regretted that I didn’t have more time to spend. This place is beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation are prime. I especially recommend the Bar and restaurant Daphodile and the amazing bartender and waitress Natasha.

Absolutely wonderful property! Alison warmly welcomed us and guided us throughout. Scandinavian design with Mid Century Vintage furnishings. This room features a private entrance, vintage desk and large window nook. We enjoyed the views of the beautiful grounds while seated on your private lounge chairs outside of our room. The onsite Dandelion restaurant had amazing vibe and equally amazing food and drinks. Breakfast was a lovely basket that we enjoyed in our patio. Large, clean bathrooms. Close to hiking trails. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is a very nice and modern take on the Catskills. Very nice for a cozy getaway, while the hotel does not have a ton of amenities they are open to you 24/7 which was a nice bonus.

This place is truly magical. Nothing like it close by. Service is outstanding. I stayed in a king room with a loft. The daily fire pits are such a nice touch. They are building a pool. I just hope they expand restaurant hours to include lunch, so I never have to leave the property!
