Walls are paper thin. People stomping around all night. Soooo loud. I had my dogs with my and fortunately they aren’t reactive. Hard to sleep with people stomping around all night.

The room was comfortable and the bed and linens too. Nicely updated. Breakfast area didnt have enough seating so we had to eat in our room one morning. We requested when we booked that we have our familys additional room close or at least on the same floor which didnt happen. Disappointing. Otherwise the hotel is nice and would book a room there again.

Good experience overall. Room was supposed to have a microwave but did not have one. Room setup is “different” with TV to the side of bed and not many drawers. Clean hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton in Big Rapids. Very nice and clean, breakfast was great! I appreciated that breakfast ran later than other hotels I had stayed at and that we had time before checkout to use the pool. The kids loved it! Would definitely stay again.

My original room (103) did not have room darkening shades, it was very bright in the room, the staff moved us to a room with a shade, you should fix rm 103.

This is a very nice property which is well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly. Good value for the money. Would stay here again and consider others in this chain as a result.

50th High School Reunion
Picked The Hampton Inn for a reunion get together. Had connecting rooms and another across the hall. Loved everything about our stay! Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and front desk staff. Thanks, Emma and Mariah for being so welcoming and making sure we had connecting rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location-walking distance to Meijer and Culver’s. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not up to high standards. They ran out of yogurt and fruit selection was very limited. Powdered eggs?

A good place to rest your head
Probably the best hotel in the area. Rooms are large, bed is comfy, and whole place is relatively quiet. The bathroom is the best bit, remodeled and with a huge shower instead of a tub. Breakfast is just OK (although the waffle machine is a nice touch).
