The property was good and clean but I dint like their breakfast refill system. We went to have breakfast mid way to the allowed window. There was still more than an hr left for breakfast window to close. Everything was empty. coffee machine bean bag was full,no bread,no pancakes. Even after multiple enquiries, waited for 40min but they didn't refill. They kept saying we are working on it and 20min before close time, they said sorry we cant refil now. It was just crazy. Why make us wait for more than 45min if they dont plan on refilling bare minimum breakfast items

The hotel was under renovations which not sure where. The toilet in our room ran all the time we were there. The light in the bathroom blew a fuse and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so when you used the shower it was steamy in the bathroom afterwards. The continental breakfast was great in the morning, food was hot and ready when we went to eat. Had lots of options!!

不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
My stay was somewhat disappointing. The hotel felt untidy, with noticeable dust and debris collected on the carpets, in the elevators, and throughout common areas. The property also seemed outdated and in need of some maintenance. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work, and the shower was unusually low, making it difficult to use comfortably. The tub floor was also quite slippery, which felt like a safety concern. Overall, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained property.

The room we had was so inadequate, no door on closet, electrical outlets with no plates on it. Hallways were dirty as was elevator. One elevator was out it order just like a year ago when we stayed there. This hotel should be closed until they finish renovations. Fire alarm went off and we couldn’t hear in our room, never bothered to check on guests.worst hotel ever.
