Very nice staff.. very casual hotel. Delicious coffee in the mornings and the small bar was lively in the evening. Spacious rooms, we enjoyed our stay.
Location was prefect; easy walk to the city's complimentary shuttle to the slops & groceries/restaurants. Enjoyed the food onsite too, the tasty tacos & delicious breakfast sandwich! Large hot tub & effective workout space. The room was spacious but the heater/AC unit was extremely loud. Some staff were very knowledgeable of the area, while others lacked experience.
This stop was a terrific surprise on our family vacation. The room and presentation were very nice. Loved sitting in the sauna and taking a cold plunge after hiking. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The General Manager(Adam), in charge of setting up the property, has a keen attention to detail that made it seem as if we were staying at a 5 star resort!

Big Sky
Rooms need curtains to let in light in the morning. Also door had no deadbolt or security chain or latch. Bed was comfortable but needed more pillows to sit up to watch TV.

Great spot that captures the feel of Big Sky. All the added amenities a plus also. We’ll be back.
We loved how clean and well-kept the hotel was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and open table area that we could sit at, talk and play games. Thanks for a great stay!
Very new, still have a lot of fixes and updates but overall we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, and the excellent downtown location. Everything was walkable and easy. Looking forward to staying again.
Great location! No jacuzzi as listed. That was disappointing as we had been traveling and wanted to enjoy. Booked a long room and took all our stuff upstairs to find they’d given us 2 queens. With no elevator we had to go back down and get a king! Food at the hotel restaurant was VERY yummy…

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Pros:
Within walking distance to downtown.
Great little taco place
Staff was very friendly!
Cons:
The walls were TISSUE paper thin!
I hope next door Phyllis’ doctors appontment went well and she was able to pick up all of her vitamins that she dropped on the floor around 11pm.
It’s was good but staff still not trained. The hotel is not fully ready for business yet. It’s opening so it’s lacking all services at this point.

Very new hotel, definitely has some kinks to work out.. mainly the toilet didn’t flush, toilet paper holder was broken, short on staff. But in a year from now, it will probably be much better!
We stayed here the night of a concert in Big Sky. We got a two Queen room to share with another couple and had both our dogs too. Enough room for all of us. It would be nice it they had bike storage, but they let us store our bikes in the outdoor hot tub area since the hot tub was closed. There is a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge pod as well as a small gym. Wish the hot tub was open for our stay. We had tacos, chips and dip there for dinner which was quick service before the concert. And really tasty breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies in the morning.

Underwhelming for a brand new hotel. Was expecting something a little nicer for Big Sky. Was definitely a minimalistic experience. Hardly any staff, no elevator, weird vibe.
Dirty room with stains on the wall next to the bed, near the garbage can and in the bathroom. Toothpaste stuck to the bathroom floor and pharmaceutical pills under the sink. All of the doors in the hotel slam closed, which is startling in the middle of the night. And on our Sunday morning departure, I was told they ran out of or did not have any avocado left, which is disappointing because there’s only three hot items on the breakfast menu. Lastly, when I ordered a Carmel macchiato for my wife and took it back to the room we learned it was less than half full. I took it back downstairs and was essentially told I was an idiot. The gal behind the counter making the coffee said that macchiato‘s only come with one ounce of milk. I told her that was weird because yesterday we ordered the same drink and it came full just like every other time. I’ve ordered it over the last 20 years.
