However, for those who prefer a bit more control, each room is equipped with fans, and a space heater in the main living area, and additional space heaters can be supplied upon request. Radiant floor heating throughout the condo adds an extra layer of comfort, allowing you to walk around in socks even when the temperatures dip below freezing outside. During warmer months, guests can open the windows to let in the cool mountain air. Additionally, the condo features a built-in humidifier that maintains a comfortable 20% humidity level, enhancing your stay no matter the season. You’ll have easy, secure access to the home via a lock box with a key to the home, allowing you to check in and out with ease. Things to know: We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere on the property, and pets are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by Two Pines. The local shuttle service does not pick up or drop off within walking distance, so having a vehicle is essential, or guests will need to arrange their own vehicle service. In winter, we recommend using a vehicle with snow tires and AWD for easier access to the condo’s parking. The condo is part of a private residential home, and the attached unit has its own private entrance at the top of the driveway. Please note that additional vehicles should be parked on the street, where there is plenty of space available. Also, the owners' personal areas, including the upstairs deck and the front of their residence, are not for guest use and should be respected as private space.
