"We always stay at the Hyatt Centric when we travel to Hong Kong. Highly recommend booking a corner suite. The view of the harbour at night is so beautiful and you wake up thinking you’re in the sky. Looking forward to our next stay. Shout out to White, from the concierge team. He was so helpful with communicating with our driver to Shenzhen and loading our bags onto to the car when it didn’t seem like it was going to fit."

"The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but do not be concerned. It was clean and nice from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms are extremely small and no room for luggage so if you can get an oversized room do so. We were two people in the room and it was tight and no where to open your luggage. The room was very nice, comfortable beds and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful if we needed directions or recommendations. There is an excellent dim sum michelin star restaurant that I highly recommend in the hotel. We went to brunch twice, the dinner was on the pricy side. The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, about 3 blocks and walkable to the ladies market and temple street market (which is right by the hotel about a block). I would stay at this hotel again for the location and the friendly, helpful staff. The area seemed a bit sketchy especially by the McDonald's across the street but it was safe. On the other side of the McDonald's there is a 24 hour laundromat which we found very convenient."

"My stay at EAST Hong Kong was truly a perfect experience. Three moments, in particular, perfectly summarize the outstanding service I received. First, I accidentally left my mobile phone in the breakfast restaurant, and it was promptly returned to me by a member of the staff. Second, after I had checked out, I completely forgot that I had left my Apple Watch in my room. Housekeeper Eva discovered it while preparing the room, proactively handed it over to the Front Office, and it was safely returned to me when I came back to collect my stored luggage. I truly appreciated her honesty, attentiveness, and professionalism. Third, when my Uber arrived, a member of the staff verified the license plate, signaled the driver to pull up directly to the hotel entrance, and personally assisted with loading my luggage into the vehicle. This level of attentiveness and professionalism made my departure completely seamless. Every interaction reflected genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was simply flawless. My sincere thanks to Eva and the entire team at EAST Hong Kong for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding care throughout my stay. I look forward to staying here again."
