Welcome to our charming apartment in Bilbao, perfect for a comfortable and worry-free stay, accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this accommodation offers a great location for exploring the city and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay.



The Space

This spacious apartment includes 2 cozy bedrooms designed for your comfort:



Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.35m) with storage space.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90cm each) with storage space.

The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, equipped with:



Two rolls of toilet paper

Hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel

One hand towel and one bath mat in each bathroom

The beds will be made upon arrival, and each guest will receive:



One bath towel and one hand towel, placed on their bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals:



Pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, and more.

We also provide basic cleaning supplies such as a sponge, dish soap, and trash bags.

The living room features a comfortable seating area, a sofa, and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bilbao. Additionally, there is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.



General Information

Garage: Includes one free parking space for a standard-sized car (large vehicles or vans may not fit).

WiFi and fiber optic internet available.

Central heating controlled by the building’s community (no air conditioning, but two fans are available).

Important Information

The apartment is located on the lowest residential floor.

No food items are provided in the kitchen, so you must bring or purchase your own essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, etc.

Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and other consumables are provided as a courtesy for your stay. If you run out, you must purchase and replenish them yourself.

Lost or forgotten keys: If you lose or leave your keys inside the apartment, you will be responsible for covering the cost of a locksmith service (€150, payable directly to the locksmith before opening the door).

Additional Services

Parking Space: The apartment includes one free parking space for a standard-sized car. Large vehicles or vans may not fit properly. This is a courtesy service, and we are not responsible for providing an alternative if your car does not fit.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including all areas and amenities prepared for you. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms, allowing you to enjoy every space as if it were your own home.



Other Important Notes

Our office team speaks Spanish and can also communicate in English. We recommend using the messaging system for communication, as it facilitates translation and ensures a smoother interaction.

Self Check-in: We provide a self check-in system with an electronic lock. You will need a smartphone with internet access to use the digital key and access the apartment.

Check-in Schedule

Regular check-in: 16:00 to 22:00.



Early check-in: Available upon request and subject to availability (€20 additional fee).



Late check-in: If a team member is required to open the door for any reason, additional fees will apply:



22:00 to 00:00 – €20

00:00 to 02:00 – €50

After 02:00, entry is not possible.

Forgotten belongings: If you forget any personal items in the apartment, it is your responsibility to retrieve them. While we will keep them for a limited time, you must arrange for someone to pick them up on your behalf. Please notify us of the lost item, and we will inform you of the designated pickup location (not at the apartment).



Key Delivery & Legal Check-in Requirements

To receive the digital key, you must complete the check-in registration correctly.

This legal registration is mandatory for all guests over 13 years old and complies with Decrees 1513/1959 and 450/1975.

Failure to complete the online check-in may result in:

Loss of the security deposit.

Immediate eviction from the accommodation without refund of the booking amount.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Deposit Requirement

To secure your reservation, it is mandatory to complete the security deposit process through our online check-in platform.

This deposit is managed through a pre-authorization on your credit card, meaning the amount will not be charged immediately but rather held temporarily.
